Also, you could have blood vessels that are a bit close to your typmanic membrane in your ears that can magnify any type of rise in blood pressure (whoosh whoosh with every beat of your heart)and/or constant adrenaline pumping because that is your body's defense mechanism when there is something wrong.you may not even know what it might be? See your doctor and tell him/her about your concerns and don't let him/her poo-poo your concerns. Demand an answer.

OMG Firwind. you just bought back memories from 6 years with me. That is what was happening to me as well. And then it got to be so bad that my vision got blurry.
YUP.. rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with HBP.
On meds now for 6 years.. Please have it checked out..
