i am on water therapy means i drink 1.5 liters of water early in the morning
Answers:
It is not only one item which reduce weight.
It is Balance.
Use proper diet.It does not mean to stop eating, but to avoid fatty items, fast food specially soft drinks etc.
Stop eating at least 2 hours before going to bed.
Do proper Exercises. Better light running approximately 30 minutes daily.
Drink water which your body needs.
I am sure if you will do this, after 15 days you will notice a change and say THANKS to me.
Good luck.
Other Answers:
well it may have but it is better if you take them before eating there im sure it would have more effect
Negative: exercise and fewer calories.
Ever see a person in a concentration camp?
Not FAT
maybe, but eat stuff that has lots of fibre cause it take slonger for fibre to break down so u stay fuller longer and u eat less
I think It depends on what water is replacing
i think it may help in the sense that water hasn't got the caffeine that many drinks contain. i am not sure if you should be drinking so much water in one hit, though. maybe it would be more beneficial to drink that amount during the space of a day as to avoid feeling bloated.
if you are drinking water to avoid eating, the i think that wouldn't be wise. general rule of thumb is to eat 5 small meals through the day to help your metabolism burn enery evenly and do some moderate exercise such as brisk walking.
if you really want to lose weight i have to say that exercise, followed by a good diet, will help. you need to burn those calories and water alone is only one part to that equation.
I don't think it will work. Drinking water cannot ssuppress satiety. You should try multiple approaches to reduce your weight………high fibre diet, exercise and off course, willpower (just to control yourself).
