This is a method of finding out ideal weight that i picked up in my training as a professional of Obesity Studies in Princeton:
you take your height in inches and divide it by 2 times your age(in months to find a more exact answer), then divide by second logarithmic exponent of the derivitive of your average body fat percentage. This number should be very small. You then multiply that number by 100 to reach the approximate weight for your age group.
NOTE: if you use months instead of years for this, multiply by 1200 instead(months per year x 100).
