Hi, does anyone know how to easily prepare the flesh of a coconut? I can break it open and then I am left with bits of shell stuck to the meat. I then use a knife but it takes a long time. Surely there is a better way? Like some kind of tool?

I love the nachos in there but they never seem like normal crisps they seem thicker and loads nicer, how would you make them or get them any ideas????
