You can read some information about what your baby should weigh (and other good information) at http://www.babycenter.com/baby/babyhealth/babyweight/index

have you talked to a pediatrician? if u havent, then u should.
i guess a little over weight but nothing to worry about your baby is just growing fast but if you start noticing a really big increase talk to a doctor
Rule of thumb is that they will double their body weight in 6 months and triple it in 12.
Once she starts crawling, etc. she won't add as much weight, but you might want to check with your pediatrician. If she's breastfeeding, I'm not sure there's much you can do at this stage. If bottlefed, you might want to cut down a bit but not so much that she goes hungry.
For something like this, it is better to consult a physician rather than a bunch of strangers.
She is only 2 months old.she is going to grow fast!! The last thing you want to do is give her LESS to grow on. Weight problems generally happen in children who are much older and have become sedintary. Weight proabably wont even be an issue if in the future you take away the nintendo Playstation and Xbox.tell her her to go outside and play.
I THINK YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR THEY WILL BE THE MOST HELP
Ok, bigger than my son. BUT
Give it about a year, she'll probably even out.
My son started 95+, 95+ percentiles for both height and weight. He's now a little over a year and he's right in the middle for his weight, but still 95+ for his height. Babies grow rapidly for the first months. And then as they become more mobile they don't put on weight as fast. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless the doc alerts you at your daughters' check ups.
And the "rule of thumb" of doubling and tripling birth weight by 6 and 12 months really only applies to small to average sized babies. My son was born a cheeseburger shy of 10 pounds, and was only 20 pounds at a year old. He started walking at 9 months, so that helped a lot. Like I said before, he's the same height and taller than most 2 year olds. Just remember that all kids are different.
