Well,as a friend you really need to be there for her.She needs your support as well as her familys more than ever.Encourage her to tell her parents,she definately needs to not only for herself but for her babys protection as well.If she tells her parents they can take her to get proper treatment,vitamins,care etc.She also needs their support at first they may be mad,but by the time the baby is here they will accept it and be there for her.Just keep encouraging her to tell her parents.She has to for herself and her baby.They may seem angry at first,but thats how alot of parents deal with situations similar to these.Just be a good friend to her,and support her through this time.
She can write them a letter when she is staying with her grandparents, this way they can get over there shock before she comes home.
