which do you prefer and why??
Answers:
I would say go for both! Mozzerlla is traditional, but I love provolone too, so the more cheese the better. Provolone is typically smoked so it should lend a nice flavor to both. No one will know what the difference is, but I'd be willing to bet they'll like it!
Other Answers:
Mozzerella cheese because it tastes good and is very cheesy because it expands so much when melted. Also I work @ Sbarro's Pizza Eatery and we make pizzaas and lasagna and we use mozzarella cheese-the original Italian recipe.
mozzerella
it's more smooth
Mozzerella is best on pizza. Cheddar is good on it, too, but not as good. Provoolone and parmessan are very good on pasta. It's a matter of flavor and taste. But I think both cheeses might be fine for lasangna. I like both and have used both ( at the same time ) in lasagna. Try it, it's goooood ! Pizza with mozzarella is convenient because it's shredded but you might want to try both on that too.
mozzarella, because is less salty than provolone
It wouldn't be the same without Mozzarella cheese.I prfer the mozzerella on the lasagna and the pizza. provolone is to different i dont know I guess im not used to eating provolone Mozzerella, naturally. Although, I've found that if you include a little shake of Manchengo, it really adds a neat little dimension to it.
Absolutely mozzarella for both. Provolone is great in sandwiches but would be kind of overpowering / different in lasange or pizza. I think it would just taste wrong.
why choose use both of them.correctness,It's Non-profit and only for informational purposes.
