Make a regular roast with all the trimmings but sing carols while it cooks...there you go, a Christmas roast!
Hehehehehe...seriously, same as normal, just maybe with some extra goodies cooked with it. I always make mine in the slow cooker if its for a special event since it tends to get the meat just that much softer...
