Answers:
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 11 pounds and 16 inches in 9 days. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck!

Count calories in your food. Do not exceed your daily needs. Work out along.
Try with diet pills. If you are obese that is the best solution. Diet pills with exercise will give great results. Check out http://www.best-dietpills.com for the diet pills and their articles directory http://www.best-dietpills.com/diet-articles.html for more information.
As someone who has struggled with weight all my life. The only way to truly understand what is needed is for that person who has 50-100lbs to explore as many things possible when it comes to weight loss. I like Weight Watchers online. Plus, I use seeing my doctor and working with a therapist to help me in my pursuit to be a normal weight. Support and planning are the two key elements that I have used and lost 50lbs, but to maintain and to continue to lose, because I have another 100lb to lose, is not simple. I aim to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year and then next year to lost the last 50. Small steps and not focusing on the entire amount of weight has helped me. My feelings about this have been profound and discouragement is always around the corner which is why I enlist as much support as I possibly can and maintain a plan that is reasonable and doesn't make any food taboo. When things go slow, I focus on eating more protein, when I am doing well, I reward myself, but I don't believe there is a "BEST" diet. What I do believe is to continue to work towards my goal of weight loss and feeling good in my body and about who I am.
Lots and lots of water. Drop your caloric intake to 1200-1500 cals a day. cardio exercise and some muscle building exercise would help. Muscle burns more cals.

My Nurse recommended the Medifast Diet to me. You eat 5-6 small meals a day and lose weight with little or no exercise. It works great and I have lost 25 lbs. so far. You can e-mail me lovejae247@yahoo.com and I will give you the information. I hope this helps.
