don`t take diet pills , they just prevent u from being hungry and thus u eat less... but when u stop taking them u begin eating more and gain up weight... the best thing to do to lose weight is to avoid sweet food, exercise , eat lots of fruits and drink much water

i was onm phentemine 26.5 mg abd i has some good results for the first month then i didn't seem to work
Me and my husband both took phentermine I took the 37.5mg. The only thing about them is you have to take them early in the day because if you don't then you will be up all night. The results were great for the first month and then the second month everything stopped. You will also be freaked by the yellow liquid that comes with your poop! It freaked me right out but it is the fat draining from your body. But i would recommend them for a quick weight loss of a few pounds.
