they both work pretty good. Crest tastes a bit better though. I like Arm & Hammer best though. it works better than both of them. It tastes nasty though.
the crest strips work the best. I used thenm amazing! It takes about a week and your teeth will look really white. The tooth past suck and really has worked for me
