well what type of growth do you want mental or physical growth.. for physical growth my advice to you is that when you are sleeping sleep straight and not in twisted form and alse play jumping games like basket ball. for mental growth just think positive and drink to much water. All of the vitamins are essential to us. The intake of these vitamins should not be exessive or less than the amount that we should take. The amount of the intake depands on our age. If you want more information, you could look up in biology books under the topic nutrition(in case if your doing research). I should know these things because biology is my major in university. :)

Phosphorous
Potassium
Just don't forget the Vitamin C for healthy soft tissue in your body and immune system.
For height AND muscle, add lots of Protien and exercise.
