if the virus currently remains as it is, the chances of an epidemic are rare. but if by some chance the virus is able to mutate where it can be transmitted from person to person then then an epidemic might occur. chances are that if this mutation were to occur, it would take place in other animals such as pigs who would then transmit the virus on to humans. of course this is if the virus mutates.

Donald Rumsfeld's previous job was the CEO of a company that now has the only known vaccine for the Bird Flu - that is no coincidence. They are hoping to get rid of around 200 million Americans when they release it in Nov. This will accomplish 2 things.
1: Will make Rumsfeld and Bush and all their buddies even more money with all the stocks they own in Rumsfeld's old company ( just like Haliburton)
2: Will get rid of allot of baby boomers and elderly that will take a huge toll on the system in the coming years.
Oh, and never mind the small detail of the patriot act that states that during an national "crisis" the president can withold elections to get the nation through the "crisis".
Do a little searching around yourself and you can find all this out too. Never think for a instant that Rumfeld's old company being involved with the bird flu is just chance.
