I'm just guessing here and i'm no doctor, but it's worse for certain postitions, am i right? My circulation is bad and certain body postitions will make my legs numb/painful/swollen horribly.
I wouldn't mess around with it, and besides - sex is supposed to be enjoyable and fun. Please ask your doctor about it.

This will cause blood to backup in your legs. As for the leg pain afterward, is it down the back of your legs? This could be sciatic pain from you laying on your back and butt. Do you have leg pain any other time or just after you have sex? If this sounds like your pain, you could go see a massage therapist (LICENSED) and they can help you with your sciatica.
