last night at work>healthy...cheers!!!!11...
no
It's not actually 8 glasses of water - it's the EQUIVILANT of 8 glasses of water, because we get a lot of water from the foods we eat, too.

But, really, just go by how thirsty you are. If you feel you need 8 glasses, then drink 8 glasses. If not, then don't. Drink more if you're sweating a lot, and drink less when you're sitting still. That's about it.

BTW - you CAN drink too much water, but it would have to be a very large amount, in a really small amount of time, so don't worry about it if you're just drinking normally.
8 glasses of water a day - good for you, wish I could drink that many
Yeah we are in a drought.
You can drink water as much as you want it depends on the activates you do and the weather of the place you are in, water is good for you health your skin…etc
never!! congrats for being healthy and choosing water instead of a soft drink! If it was like 3 galllons THEN you might want to hold back a bit but 3 bottles thats absolutly fine!
No , it's not too much
8 glasses a day is what we're supposed to drink.
Of course you need to space them out one all the hours you're awake. Water helps to keep our kidneys, liver and intestines clean, which keeps us healther.
Here's an excerpt from an article from Mayo Clinic on CNN Health:

A couple of approaches attempt to approximate water needs for the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate.

* Replacement approach. The average urine output for adults is 1.5 liters a day. You lose close to an additional liter of water a day through breathing, sweating and bowel movements. Food usually accounts for 20 percent of your total fluid intake, so if you consume 2 liters of water or other beverages a day (a little more than 8 cups) along with your normal diet, you will typically replace the lost fluids.
* Dietary recommendations. The Institute of Medicine advises that men consume roughly 3.0 liters (about 13 cups) of total beverages a day and women consume 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) of total beverages a day.
No, what you have drink is normal,,
No. Thre recommended amount is 8 8oz glasses. However if you job makes you sweat you need to drink more to keep from getting dehydrated. My question is are you always thirsty. if so maybe go to a doctor for a diabetes test. One symptom is thirst another constant urination. Not the normal cycle but more often with less to get rid of.
it's minimum and water has no over dosage...infact it is the natural anti aging and cleanser.cleanse your internal and external..replenish you too and keep away from dehydrating
No it is NOT too much at all. Most people don't drink nearly enough water.
