i personally think that you should ask him- not too aggresively, but ask him- how he feels about her. if he freaks out and gets defensive, he probably still has feelings for his ex.
but you should primarily do what you feel is right.

hmm, this is in the wrong section but here are some possibilities:
1. you and your bf's relationship has fallen into a routine--need to respark your romance. don't think so cause you're young.
2. your bf is fickle minded, wants both worlds, is confused, or indecisive. can't really make up his mind whether he should go back with his ex or stick to you. which only means he still has feelings for her, unsettled or not.
3. your bf is a player... hmm...
now you gotta ask him on your next date seriously and unaccusingly--just make sure he tells you everything truthfully.
then, decide which of the above he is and decide to what extent you're gonna accept his nonsense and decide what line to draw before you dump him :)
