Pina Colada Punch

Ingredients:3 cups water
10 whole cloves
4 cardamom pods
2 sticks cinnamon
1 can (12 ounces) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 pint low-fat pina colada frozen yogurt, softened*
1 1/4 cups lemon seltzer water
1 1/4 teaspoons rum extract
3/4 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
*Can substitute pineapple sherbet for low-fat pina colada frozen yogurt. When using pineapple sherbet, use coconut extract for more authentic flavor.
Instructions:1. Combine water, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes; cool. Strain and discard spices.
2. Combine spiced water, pineapple juice concentrate and frozen yogurt in small punch bowl or pitcher. Stir until frozen yogurt is melted. Stir in seltzer water, rum extract and coconut extract, if desired. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
This winning combination of pineapple juice, rum extract and coconut extract is the perfect way to bring the tastes of the tropics to your party. Nutritional Information:Nutrients per Serving:

try squeezing fresh Indian Blackberries into a pulp. mix few water soaked fenugreek seeds as well. Add just the enough amount of water so as to have a drink like consistency. You diabetes will be under control.

this is the recipe
3 1/2 ounces frozen strawberries
1/8 cup ice
1/2 fluid ounce sweet and sour mix
Place strawberries, ice cubes, sweet and sour mix in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more ice or less depending on your taste.

1 liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
DIRECTIONS
Scoop all of sherbet into a large punch bowl. Add pineapple juice and soda on top of the sherbet. When adding soda the punch will foam, so make sure to stir constantly so the foam can go down. Serve immediately
