Answer:
banana + tofu (2.5 inches cube) + honey (optional) + some frozen berries + 2 cubes of ice if the mixture is too thick
banana + 1 scoop of vanila ice-cream + 3 tablespoon of plain yoghurt + honey (if you want it sweeter) add chocolate curls on top or a mint leave as garnish (you may use chocolate ice-cream in this recipe)
banana + mango + slim milk 100 cc (or soy milk) + 2 to 3 cubes of ice
Banana + 1 stalk of celery + 1/2 cucumber + a thick slice of ginger + 1 green bell pepper + 3 tablespoon of plain yohurt + honey (this is a morning detoxi recipe, have it in Sunday morning so that you can have plenty of time to stay in the toilet!)
Banana + 1 tablespoon of Kahlua (coffee liqueur) + 1 scoop of coffee ice-cream + 30 cc sour cream (it is thicker, optional and you can adjust the thickness of your smoothy by adding ice or milk) + 2 tablespoon of plain yoghurt + honey or icing sugar (if you want it to be sweeter) blend well then sprinkle some cinnamon powder or chocolate powder on top. I like this to be my hot summer afternoon drink.
I like to prepare my smoothies with natural ingredients, I prepare homemade vanilla ice-cream and I also like to buy fresh berries then frozen them the day before I use to make sure that their quality and tastes are still good. I personally do not like to put ice in my smoothies, so if I want it real cool, I would put the fruit in the freezer for a few hours before I blend them together.
Only the vegetables one I won't freeze them and I also don't prefer to drink too cold beverage in the morning.
1/2 banana
1 smaller container strawberry yogurt (i like yoplait)
1/2 can pineapple juice (those real small cans bars keep on hand)
2 big strawberries
blend with ice!
also, blueberry banana is delicious! i'm picky and even i like it. just sub blueberry yogurt and a handful of blueberries.
Take 1/4 cup of vanilla soya protein, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup yoghurt. Add a banana and blend.
Shove in a packet of frozen berries as well with some honey to sweeten.
Also, bannana milkshake is yoooommmmyy (although i hate the banna flavour u can buy in shops!) bananas milk and sugar....not complicated:p xx

Simply put all ingredients in a blender and press the start button.

2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 cup ice cubes

1/4 cup frozen berries

I do mine with ground golden flax seed. It is very good. Milk, banana, ice.
