Answer:
Yes, they really are all 0 calories and sugar and fat and stuff. However, there are bad chemicals in them like sorbital and malital. They don't have any calories but aren't so hot for your body. Anyway, it's illegal for companies to lie about the nutrition facts. Plus anyway, they all have the ingrediants on the back if you are interested.
yes
If it says "0 calories" in the nutritional info on the can, then, uh, it has 0 calories. There are FDA regulated laws against falsifying packaging and nutritional info.
Some may be, but I heard, and resaearched, that Diet sodas actually have more sugar than regular sodas
Yes they are. But just because its 0 calories doesnt mean that too much consumption is good. Both diet and regular sodas have high amounts of "High Fructose Corn Syrup" and sodium. These are not good for health if consumed too much. Besides, carbonated is not as healthy as the regular juices. But if your question is on carolies, yes, it is really 0 calories. But they do have carbohydrates and sodium.
Yes, but most of them contain aspertame, which is a sweet, cal-free, ingredient that they add to it. Aspertame, though, causes the body to hold water, increasing your water weight.
Yes, when consumed in the quantity specified on the label.... not necessarily an entire can.
