My favorite smoothie recipe contains no bananas. Put in about 1 cup of fresh strawberries (you can use frozen, but they%26#039;re not as good), 2/3 cup of orange juice, a teaspoon of sugar, and some ice. Pop all of that in the blender and whizzz away. If you%26#039;d like, you can also pop in a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt). Great on a hot summer day!

Strawberry-Banana Smoothie:
-1 banana
-6 strawberrys
-2 scoops of van. ice cream
-1/2 cup of yogurt
Mix all of these together in a blender.
Another Berry Recipe:
-5 strawberrys
-handful of blueberrys, rasberrys and blackberrys
-2 scoops of van. ice cream
-1/2 cup of yogurt
Mix all of these together in a blender.
Banana Smoothie:
-1 banana
-2 scoops of van. ice cream
-1/2 cup of yogurt
Mix all of these together in a blender.
All of these recipes are very good but my fav is strawberry-banana smoothie.. Enjoy!

Breakfast smothie - A handful of cut strawberies an equal amount of Bannanas, your desired amount of vodka, Mango Sorbet ( A good two scoops) A Halve cup of oatmeal, a good amount of honey and a serving size of vanilla yogurt.
