You can do that with Chai tea...tastes really good. :) Its called a Chai Latte if you go to a fancy tea place. I heat up milk in the microwave and then use a thai tea bag for the strength I need. You can get decaf kinds and then use it before you go to bed. :)
Dunk tea into milk?
If you mean "tea bisquits" I recommend Short bread.
Are teas a kind of cookie? If so, I recommend Oreo cookies.
