Well I think that would work but not exactly like the ones you find out of Slurpee dispenser machines.
The dispenser machines freeze the coke while having a usually plastic mixer wheel spinning around keeping the coke from turning solid but having a smooth carbonated frozen beverage.

I don%26#039;t see why not. It would be like a snowcone. I make margaritas in the blender and they turn out fine.
But, then again, I don%26#039;t know if you would need to add something to make it exactly like one you would get at a 7-11.
