Well the Mocha certainly does.
Not too sure about the others.
Go to the Starbucks web site and look up the nutritional information.
Caffe Latte - No
Caffe Mocha - Yes
Frapp - as long as it is not a Mocha Frapp

All of them contain chocolate. Everything at starbucks comes with chocolate because coffee beans comes from the same tree as chocolate. It's the cocaine tree. Hope that helped!
The Mocha and the Frappuccino both contain chocolate, according to Starbucks' website. The Latte does not.
Mocha = chocolate
If the word Mocha is included it has chocolate. Always ask to make sure and let them know you are highly allergic to chocolate. That way they will be sure to use a container to mix your blend that was not previously used with a chocolate blend.

Anything Mocha has chocolate in it. Ask about the others. However, since there is so much cocoa powder floating around Starbucks, I'd avoid the place if I were highly allergic.
