CINNAMON ICED COFFEE
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Cream
2 tsp. Instant Coffee
1 tbsp. sugar
3 Ice cubes
Dash of cinnamon
Mix the above in a blender for 30 seconds or so, pour into cups, top it off with a scoop of whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.Serve and enjoy.
ICED COFFEE PUNCH
2 qts. of strong coffee, unsweetened
1 pt. heavy cream, very cold
1 qt. chocolate ice cream
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Mix coffee and cream both very cold. At last minute, whip up and add 1/2 of the chocolate ice cream and all of the vanilla ice cream. Save rest of the chocolate ice cream to float on top. This makes about 12 ice tea glasses. Do not put in punch bowl until ready to serve.

1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
8 (6 oz.) c. coffee, brewed double strength 1/2 oz. of coffee per 6 oz. water)
4 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
Brew coffee. Add sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in the milks. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Serve over crushed ice.
