you can blend fruits.
Kiwi,strawberry and banana. Chop it up and bung it in with half a pot of low fat natural yogurt and crushed ice. Delicious
I do this all the time for my kids, it's pretty basic.
2 bananas
frozen fruit of any kind-pineapple, cherries, strawberries, blueberries
orange juice
mix it up, and drink it!
This is a great one in the morning, tons of energy.
1/2 cup low fat or skim milk
scoop of chocolate whey powder
2 tbsp fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
one packet of microwave oatmeal, prepared
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
This one's good for after a workout. I didn't think it would taste good either the first time I read the recipe, but peanut butter and banana actually go pretty well together.
1/2 cup low fat skim milk
1 scoop chocolate whey powder
1/2 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana, chopped
I personally use soy milk 'cause regular milk likes to go to war with my digestive tract, but I'm sure regular milk would work fine if you're ok with it.
4-6 frozen strawberriers
1 frozen banana
1 cup skimmed milk
artificial sweetener
just blend till mixed,, really good and a lot healthier than a milkshake
