I just drank my first bottle of it this week. It's expensive, and is basically a mixture of various fruits from around the world claimed to be good for you. It's main ingredient is the Coci (sp?) berry from the Amazon, it has a strong taste that takes a couple drinks to get used to. I received it as a gift, so I can't say I wasn't satisfied... I had 2 ounces in the morning, and then 2 at night. Made you feel a little different, but then again that could easily have been a placebo effect.
