No Problemo at all...!!

any sugar does.
Yes .... and if you're worried about your weight ... try Splenda Brown Sugar .... it's great
Brown sugar is only white refined sugar that has been saturated with molasses. You won't notice much of a difference in tea.
Tea with honey is delicious.
.
Personally speaking, it depends on the tea and the way you wish to serve it. Brown sugar is not avisable with regular green teas or black teas because it has a strong flavour that will end up ruining the delicate flavour of the tea. Cream or milk already ruins the flavour, so why would you want to decrease what flavour you have left? Use refined white sugar as it has less of a distinct flavour.
However, if you are serving a tea based drink such as chais, pearl (bubble) tea, or Thai iced tea, it may be appropriate, and it can bring out the robust flavour of the drink. I especially recommend it for chais, but typically I use a mixture of evaporated sugar cane juice and honey. With the latter two however, I would go the safer route and use refined white sugar instead.
Now you live near a Chinatown or Japantown (or just any other Asian district) you may find a tea shop. Ask the shopkeeper for a naturally sweet tea. Depending on the quality of the tea, the soil on which it grew, the species, the variety, and the way it was cured, roasted, or dried, it may be sweet-tasting without any sugar at all! So if you are diabetic, or just want to lose weight, this is a good alternative to adding sugar in your tea.
try it, then you'll know if you think it tastes good.
I have used it in a pinch, and it's not bad. Perhaps not as sweet as cane sugar or Sweet and Low.
Yes- I like Splenda refined brown sugar in my tea.
