Having worked at Starbucks I would say that depends on how much you customize your drink and how experienced the barista making it is. My favourite is my Iced Quad Venti Soy 1/2 Coconut 1/2 Vanilla Light Ice with Whip and Coconut Sprinkles Latte and if I get a new barista...it doesn't taste the same as if the barista that first made it for me makes it.

In general, consistency is maintained. They change their daily brew frequently, so it is not easy to say, unless I have their House blend.
