I'm addicted to frozen lattes! I keep buying them every day eventhough I can't afford them. How can I get over my caffiene addiction? or is it even possible to not be addicted to caffiene?
Answer:
This sounds more like an insatiable sweet tooth (I assume this latte is sweetened?) than a certified caffeine addition. Frozen lattes are no doubt good, but so is just plain coffee, which is what I drink. I go to starbucks every morning and always can skip waiting for specialty drinks by orderin good ol’ fashioned coffee, which is probably a buck cheaper than lattes. Just train yourself. Good luck
yes, its highly possible to become addicted to caffeine, but the fact that you crave only lattes & not sodas (with caffeine), energy drinks or other coffee drinks probably means you are just hooked on the taste of the frozen lattes.. which i too have suffered from!
you'll best bet is to try switching to iced coffee, it's cheaper & still tastes great if you add enough milk & sugar. Paly around with different creamer flavors until you find one that tastes great to you!
:o)
Switch to tea. It has less caffeine and after a couple of weeks on tea you should be able to function without caffeine. But watch out - you're officially a recovering caffeine-o-holic - you'll always be one frozen latte away from your addiction.
Good Luck : )
It is very possible to be addicted to caffeine!
Where are you getting the frozen lattes from? Simply find a cheaper alternative! If you can't have them make the lattes in a way you know you will not like them. (Too much sugar, too little sugar, too much ice. ) drink them like that until you hate them?
OR... you can just stop buying them.
When you get a craving for them, set a timer for 15 minutes, or keep your eye on the clock! After the 15 minutes you may not have the craving anymore!
caffenieted gum
If you really want to stop that, you must keep repeating "NO" to yourself everytime you feel prone to coffee. No other way, sorry!!
Buy a magic bullet and it has recipes for frozen lattes. Make them your self and you can get as creative as you want and no one will ever know. hehehehehe You will spend a little more now but save a bundle in the future.
i'm addicted to frozen vanilla chais and i dont even think they have caffiene in them lol. but idk whenever you want one eat some twislers. thats my answer for any addiction lol.
