Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Hey i need a serious caffeine fix and i cant drink coffee because it kills me stomach I'm not sure why but thats not what I'm asking. Its that i feel dead all day without energy and i live sorta out of the country so i need something that i could find here (Argentina) can anyone help?

i like to drink ice tea with a little bit of lemon and some equal sweetener or it tastes pretty good plain
energy drinks!! they really work too! get ones w/ low sugar.
soda ie Pepsi, cola Dr pepper??.maybe you just need to work out so you get more energy

Try a red bull or any of the million other energy drinks. Surely they have many in your country
Aside from caffeine (stimulant) pills, which I wouldn't recommend, there's always tea or soft drinks which contain caffeine.

I don't know if "energy drinks", such as Red Bull, are available where you are. If you can find them, they work pretty well.
Not sure if you have Red Bull but it works for me
You don't need caffeine at all. Try diluted fruit juice. Don't have it pure as it's high in sugar and you'll get a big dip in energy shortly afterwards. Drink loads of water, a few pints a day.
Mostly tiredness has a reason, you're dehydrated, unfit, underactive thyroid. It might be an idea to get the doctor to give you a check to make sure you haven't got an illness of some sort. Good luck!

Healthy Energy Drink
From Racheal Ray's $40 a Day, this is from the Grand Canyon! A lovely drink.
6 servings 12 min 12 min prep

4 small ginseng tea bags (or ginko)
2 quarts water
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups sugar or sugar substitute
2 small herbal tea bags (your choice)

Bring 1 quart of water to a boil in a saucepan. Place all the tea bags in the hot water.Let the bags steep about 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice to a pitcher. Add the sugar and the remaining water and mix well. Pour the tea into the lemonade mix and stir.
Refrigerate and serve chilled. Enjoy!
