See if she will exchange favors....like you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours...Offer her a 30 minute massage or something like that in exchange for her sipping the egg nog...I know I wouldn't turn down a soothing massage for a sip of something I might not like!
If she like Chai Tea try mixing it with a little tea either hot or cold, kinda like a eggnog tea latte.
Mix the eggnog with milk and add cinnamon or nutmeg.
If she refuses to try eggnog, then let her be. I don't like the stuff either.

Don't bother...it just means more for you, right? The worst thing you can do when a person does not want to try something is to trick them into tasting it. That will sour her on the idea for ever. She'll either try it or she won't.
