Iced Mocha
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 cup double espresso or very strong coffee, hot
1/4 cup half and half
4 ice cubes
Stir chocolate syrup into hot coffee until melted. Transfer to a blender, add half and half and ice cubes, and blend at high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately in a tall, cold glass.
Iced Latte
3/4 cup cold water
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons French Roast NESCAFé? Gourmet Instant Coffee
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons (or more) granulated sugar
Place water, milk and Nescafé in blender; cover. Blend until coffee is dissolved. Add ice and sugar; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings
Brew coffee, any type, any brew style, any way you desire. Add ice, and enjoy cold coffee. Some coffeshops freeze coffee, making coffee "ice" cubes, rather than using water ice cubes.
Iced Coffee is commonly brewed stronger than hot coffee to make up for the melting ice. Without a stronger brew, the ice coffee quickly becomes weak and watery.
Depending on the brewing method, iced coffee can be served alread chilled, or poured hot, double strength, over an equal amount of ice. Because sugar does not dissolve readily into cold liquids, it must be added either directly to the hot base, or to the finished product in the form of simple syrup, which can be made by mixing quantities of water and sugar, then simmering over low heat until the desired viscosity is attained.

i think they just brew quality coffee but if you want to make your own, then brew any coffee of your liking and i think you also crush some ice like s cups in case the first cup of ice melt and then pour your cup of coffee over the ice and add whip cream :) if that doesn't work, then just go to www.starbucks.com
its easy wat my sister and i do is that we buy a bag of ice and buy a box of hot chocolate and we bought a bag of starbucks coffee and made some and mixed it in with hot chocolate we crushed the ice and mixed it in with the coffee and hot chocolate we but some whip cream and put some on top and it was our awesome drink
