I just got a Mr Fizz 1 liter seltzer bottle, and i'm having less fizz than what i expected. Am I doing something wrong?
I let the water sit for 10+ minutes after charging the device with CO2, and the water is room temperature.
I get some carbonation in the water, but not very much. Also, the bubbles that ARE there are really tiny.

I am a former chef and when we use the whipped cream dispensers, it generally takes 2 cartridges.
Also try to use filtered water, it has fewer minerals and tends to got fizzy better, nit expensive stuff even distilled is fine
shake it up...and then drop an Alka Seltzer into it.
