I never heard of it. He may have just ordered two shots of espresso straight. I know you can order just an espresso shot at Starbucks.
I've heard of it. The guy behind the counter smacks you in the face when you're not lookin'. You can get it in decaf too.
Yes there is, all's that it is is Coffee with 1 shot of expresso, they also make a black-eye wich is Coffee with 2 shots
