i wouldn't do that, it probably is spoiled or at the very least bacteria has grown.

Well, you make your own decisions. Ask yourself if you really think it was 50 for the whole time or did it gradually drop to 50 of the 8 hrs? The mild certainly didn't start at 50 but at 34 and rose.
Bacteria are certainly present but likely not enough to harm you. The danger zone is between 40 degrees F and 140 degrees F. But the USDA says that a product can be left out for 4 hrs without being cooled or heated and still be safe. It used to say 45 degrees was safe until 1999. So, you were barely above the threshold but for a prolonged period of time. It is also a sealed container with very minimal surface area exposure.
The FDA sets guidelines way on the safe side. It does not mean that if you don't follow them then you will get sick, it just means that this is what you should do to remain as cautious as we suggest. Is all of this worth a $3.25 gallon of milk. Not likely. But I'd drink it and make sure that I did within a 2-3 days. But once again. You way the odds and make your own decision. It will not kill you, but it may make you throw up or give you diarrhea (chah, chah, chah).
get the bucket! if you have drunk it, you will know what your dinner looks like after a visit to your stomach, can't recomend using it!! where i live in summer if you leave it in the car for just 15 min it has cooked!! air temp is 38 degrees celsius & above, car temp is 78+ degrees also celcius, so thats why some people in our country in summer drive home like crazy!

No it shouldn't. Bacteria starts to grow at 45 degrees. I read that on a milk site while answering another question! lol!
Better safe than sorry, just toss it and call it a $5.00 loss.

You might be able to use it in a recipe that calls for buttermilk ( a COOKED recipe) but beyond that? Throw it out.
