To compete against two huge corporations with deep pockets is tough.
They already have bottling facilities, distribution chains, fleets of vehicles, thousands of employees, NAME RECOGNITION.
To start new would cost millions from investors and to get investors you have to prove you can compete. This, you cannot sell to investors.
If you can and become somewhat successful you can be sure that Coke or Pepsi will buy you out and make the soda in their own facility and just keep the name.
Dasani, Minute Maid soda, Powerade, etc.
Skip them both and go have an RC Cola!
