Bacardi rum,~ 1 can frozen pineapple juice ~ and cream of coconut [buy in grocery store,NOT coconut milk]
ok- get out your blender~ dump the frozen pineapple concentrate into the blender.Fill the empty concentrate can 1/2 full of bacardi rum and pour that into blender.Put 1/2 can of cream of coconut in blender. Put lid on and start blender~add ice thru the hole until thick. It will make a whole blender full. it is the best Pina Colada I've ever had. I've been a bartender for 10 years. Enjoy!

u get pina ,ice , and some sugar and you put it in the blender and bon appatite!! When I want one, I hop on a plane to Puerto Rico. They make the best, anywhere you go. Great place the Bacardi Rum factory. It's an excursion just to get there.
