I was wondering how to make a tall iced vanilla latte from Starbucks. How much syrup, espresso, milk, and ice do I put in? In what order? I want to save money by making them at home.

Answer:
So i'm assuming you have an espresso mechine....
Its easiest if you just buy the syrup from starbucks (it works out to $9). From that one bottle you can make over 100 vanilla lattes. so here is the recipe
1. 2 tbsp syrup
2. fill the glass half way with cold milk
3 espresso shot
4 fill to the top with ice
If you ask the Starbucks nicely they might even give you one of the pumps. If you get one of those then its 3 pumps for a med. glass and 4 for a bigger glass.
tip: keep the syrup in the fridge, it last a really long time that way
hope that helped
!/2 c expresso ice cubes
1/2 c brewed expresso or other strong coffee
1 c vanilla soy milk
1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Make ice cubes from cold brewed espresso or coffee, so that they don't dilute your drink as they melt. Pour all ingredients into a large thermos and shake together until mixed and frothy.
