I think that just depends on the person, I have drank them for a long time, and never had a problem with them, but had a friend in school that if she drank soda, she would break out.. Maybe depending on how your system can take it.
It's all a myth, if you drink to much then you get fat and sit around all day and being lazy and not washing your face is what causes break outs.
