i like my tea with milk and 2 sugars. i have just bought a 1 litre flask for work and woruld just like some help on getting a nice cuppa from it.

Answer:
Pour a little boiling water into your flask to heat it. While it warms, pour about 900 mls of boiling water onto two teabags and six teaspoons of sugar, in a jug. Stir. When brewed, remove bags and add milk to your taste. Immediately empty the water from the warmed flask, and pour the jug of tea into your flask. Perfectly brewed tea for you, and it won't stew as the bags have been removed. Enjoy :)

p.s. Don't take the water in the flask in hopes to make cuppa hours later, because as we know, you need fresh boiling water to make a good cup and it won't be boiling by then.
I only ever put boiling water in the flask, then brew the tea in the cup as I would if I was at home.
Make a cup of tea.
If stands up to your expectations of a nice cuppa, pour it into the flask.
Repeat the above process several times until the flask is full.
Viola. One flask of perfect tea.
BUT don't forget to screw the lid on the flask after emptying each cupful into it to retain the heat.
Dont make your tea in the flask just put hot water in there and make your tea fresh every time :)

Otherwise the tea will stew and you won't like that :)
Thermos flasks keep hot drinks hot & cold drinks cold for up to 5 hours, so it should stay how you like it til your lunch break.
And I thought, I led a boring life!! Sorry. Fill your flask with boiling water and take the t.bags and milk with you. Stick the sugar in the boiling water at home. And enjoy. I love tea.
definitely just put water in the flask then just take some t bags fresh cup every time
