Answer:
Chamomile! Its the sleepy time tea... it relaxes you at night
Enjoy ;-)
Hard to say what your tastes are, but chamomille, lemon and berry teas I think are good. Try a bulk goods or natural foods/herbal supplement store, you may be able to make your own blend to suit your taste and use a "tea ball" that you put the tea mix in, cheaper in bulk than individual bagged teas. If you live where you can grow your own herbs and spices you might want to try drying and putting up your own tea grounds in airtight containers.
For the evening I recommend Chamomile Tea.
- Good for digestion
- Has a relaxing effect on the whole body and mind
- In Europe it's used as a cure for insomnia - helps you sleep better.
- Has a calming effect on the stomac muscle tissue.
My favorite is Chai Tea but since the holidays are approaching I would suggest Sugar Plum Spice.

Cheers!! :)
You could go get a flavored tea if you have a Villa Crema (R) near your house. If not, try a light Jasmin or a white tea leaves by Republic of Tea. If that's out of your budget, you could go with a store bought green tea. Always satisfying and healthy too.
I've just recently discovered hot lemon --not lemon tea, but the powdered Country Time lemonade mix that you have in the summer in a tall glass, with lots of ice cubes. To my surprise, it tastes really great when you add boiling water. It's basically a hot lemonade, but without the acid or tart taste of lemon -- just the flavor. It's very pleasant --and no caffeine!
