now if you mean black tea flavored with lemon, you get the benefits of the tea, but it might have caffeine.

cant beat a cuppa with no milk and a suger. oh wow im off to make one now..............
none that i can think of. Its tea with lemon flavoring. If you want a benefit eat some lemon and then have a cuppa. Nutritionally its a win. really.
