Oberweiss has the really big glass milk bottles and you replace them at the store... but I'm not sure if that's just for us Chicagoans or if you New Yorkers are blessed with this too. Hopefully you can get it because it's really Grade A milk!

I've seen glass quarts of milk in Food Emporium on occasion. (I don't know if they have locations outside of NYC, but its a start!)
Either try a older store or best bet is contact a local dairy or they might know where to get it.
