For a fantastic hot cup of "regular-flavored" coffee I would have to say Dunkin Donuts. Their coffee is so smooth, it has no "bite" or "sharpness" that you get from other coffees.
Now if we are talking about Iced coffees, I would pick Starbucks. The frozen white chocolate frapachino rocks! Give me a nice big venti size frap, and I will be a happy camper.

ha, neither. I prefer a local shop called Heav'nly Donuts for my coffee. I would say Starbucks its has more variety and it's way more chic if you are into that i guess.

Dunkin Donuts. Neither. I'll take Folger's Columbian Coffee brewed at home over any other that's brewed else where.
Considering the price, Starbucks is relatively unremarkable. It's quality, but nothing stands out about it. Dunkin Donuts on the other hand, is REALLY unique. There's nothing else quite like it. I'd go out of my way for it. So, I'd have to say D&D.
But I noticed people don't drink their coffee black out here, some maybe Dunkin Donuts has a "special" cream :)

I have to say that I am a supervisor and coffee master for starbucks, and that I really enjoy both. I think that DD has some amazing flavors you can add to anything, which can make for a pretty amazing hot chocolate. Starbucks is very high quality and we take great pride in the coffee we make for people! I am glad to see that a lot of you like your starbucks!!!
