Well any tea that has caffeine will give you some energy. Especially if it is premade with some form of sugar in it. But the absolute best tea for energy is Green tea that has ginseng in it.

Also drink some water with it. This is for 2 reasons. 1 caffeine dehydrates and when dehydrated we become tired. To offset the caffeine just drink extra water. Plus water will also incrase motabolism and energy when we get enough.
