As others have said, the original song was called Coconut by Harry Nilsson and came out in 1971. I hate Coke so I would do what the original said and put the lime in the COCONUT! Open the coconut, and squeeze the lime juice into the coconut milk.
Actually, both sound pretty disgusting to me. Oh well!
