I've been bartending all over the place since 1985, and this is the second time I've ever heard anyone ask about aged Grand Marnier and both were in the past 3 days.
It's hard to find, but you could ask a local distributor (look them up in the yellow pages) where to find it. And it depends on where you live too. I'd say New York city it would be common, somewhere in the country, no. But if you plan to mix it don't bother with the high price.
