Kitty said: Yes.5 Fruit & Veg a day?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(5 Fruit & Veg a day?),it will help you,my kids.

I know that raisens are just grapes that have been dried in the sun, so are they classed as a different fruit to grapes in the 5-a-day count?

Answer:
They arent bad for you. The only difference is that because the sun dehydrates the fruit, the sugar content increases and the nutrients and vitimins that are of benefit decrease. I wouldn't trade them for grapes and i sure wouldn't consider them as a fruit substitute.
My grandma is a grape contractor. She does grapes for wine, rasins and regular grapes so i know the in's and out's of grapes. Just a useless talent..
I think they would be about the same.
no sorry
they are a different product... well anyways i think that when you dry stuff out you change the properties, the sugars develop further and maybe some nutrients disapear.
You can consider a serving of rasins the same as a serving of grapes. The only thing to consider is that if you are trying to eat for volumetrics--or eating bulk, eat grapes, as they have more bulk to them than rasins. Some diets, like the Weight Watchers CORE plan do not count dried fruits & veg as a fruit/veg serving.
some people tends to believe that 5 of this serving a day makes you healthy. it was crap all media hype. you can eat anything that is food in moderation and can stay healthy thats the truth. to answer your question no. its not in its natural state. its dried juice was lost including some minerals and vitamins.
,I would count them as part of your 5 a day,not sure how many you need to eat, possibly a handful.Dried fruit is fruit with the water removed ,still has vitamins and fibre.
Best to eat a variety of fruit &veg.
no there not you have to eat a few more of them than grapes to get your portion.
Not different, but additional if you ate both.
I think they do count - but they are sneaky little fellas -

they are concentrated and they are usually glazed with vegetable oil to make them look pretty (and not stick together i suppose) - so they are hugely calorific compared to other more tasty fruits that are fat free!

.
They are slightly different to fresh grapes because they have lost vitamin c and water. But they can still be classified as a fruit, so can jam, for that matter.
it is better to eat grapes because there is more water content in them than dried fruit,so they will matke you feel fuller.
