Answer:
Try dried fruits such as raisins, apricots, apple rings, papaya, mango, banana chips, craisins (dried cranberries) or mixed tropical fruits. Whole wheat crackers, fruit sticks, cheese sticks or soft bread twists with jam dip. You can make your own dried fruits and vegetables. Rice cakes (preferably plain) with fruit spread or cheese spread. Stay away from peanuts or anything with peanuts in it as some children have severe allergies to them. You probably know what the children are allergic to but sometimes allergies can come on suddenly and peanuts are a big one to watch out for. Freeze fruit juices in popsical makers or make some rice crispie squares. Any cereal that is big enough to be eaten as a finger food is a good snack preferably ones low in sugar and organic. Small muffins are perfect for a snack. You can make a number of batches, a variety of different kinds and freeze them to be used later. Use the muffin pans for petit ones. Bread crispy cups can be made from cutting squares of sliced bread, placing them in small muffin pans so they mold into a cup and toasting them in the oven. When crisp store in a bag in the fridge. Make up different fillings that you can spoon into the cups at the last minute. Freezer jams are good for this, tuna mixed with mayonnaise and green onion chopped, or mashed baked beens red or black with grated cheese, a bit of garlic and a bit of olive oil to make it moist. Any kind of canned fruit well drained, spoon in toasted bread cups and put a dash of whipped cream or dream whip on top (decorate with colored sprinkles to look pretty). Cut celery into 3 inch lengths and spread Cheeze Whiz or any cheese spread in them. Put raisins on top...for fun call it ants on a log. Make different flavors of jelly in a slice pan and cut into squares or use small jelly molds. For more ideas get a book on h'orderves or party snacks. Hope these ideas are usefull.

Generations - My Family Cookbook1/2 C. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Teriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
3 lbs Lean Rump Roast (sliced 1/8" thick by 2 - 2 1/2" wide strips)Methods/steps
Mix soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, smoke, and brown sugar together and pour over beef strips. Cover and let marinade in the refrigerator over night.
If you are using a food dehydrator follow manufacture's directions.
If you do not have a dehydrator you may use your oven. Turn the oven on low 150 -175. the temperature should not go over 175. The Strips of beef may placed on a cooling rack that has been set on top of a jelly roll pan. The jelly roll pan will collect the liquid and the cooling rack will let the air circulate for better drying. When placing the strips on the cooling rack do not over crowd the pieces. Turn the strips two or three times during drying.
This method will take 6 to 8 hours depending on the thickness of the meat.
My little cousin goes nuts for those little tiny boxes of raisins. Raisins keep for a long time and most kids like them.
Bread ... white bread added with floss, kaya, peanut butter
Brocolli ... love of all kids
Banana ... simply ideal fruit
Chicken with removed oil and saturated fat with those side dishes veg
A kind of cracker, very crispy and delicous, original source from carrots. Aplenty in 7-11 stores.
normal cheerios, yogurt burst cheerios, multigrain cheerios, goldfish, Nature Valley granola bars, Chewy bars, cheez-its, graham crackers, teddy grahams, and/or trail mix. good luck!
Be careful not to offer anything with peanuts or peanut butter due to allergies!
Air popped popcorn is healthy and cheap.
Veggies and fat free dip is good, and if you have left overs, eat veggies with your dinner.
Fruit roll ups are a bit costly, but you can buy them by the bulk at Sams Club!
Fairy bread! Otherwise I'd go for dried fruit or something simple like sandwiches with things like creme cheese. Can you use veggies? Chopped up carrots and celery keeps for a long time and you could have it with dips or creme cheese. Try crackers and cheese as well as some simple things like hams. Tubs or tubes of yogurt would also work really well.
Cheese and crackers, carrot sticks with ranch dip, fruit slices, even finger jello. My kids always loved banana boats and deviled eggs.
Flour tortillas, turkey pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese...marinara sauce on the side.
Kids can make their own "pizza tacos"
Pretzels and dip (cheese, ranch, bean, chocolate, whatever)
Cinnamon bagels and cream cheese.... my kids love this! they will even eat the bagels plain.
Pudding cups, applesauce cups, fruit cocktail cups, etc. These do not have to be refrigerated!
Those handi-snacks cheese and crackers packs will do in a pinch also.
Baby carrot sticks and dip.
