this morning i had some honey nut cheerios with no milk & a diet raspberry ice tea snapple.
& then for the rest of the day i just had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza & some juicy juice.

its not exactly healthy or nutritious but its certainly not a lot to eat. thats coming from me, since i eat like a pig. honeynut cheerios with a piece of toast drenched in margarine or a cup of dunkin donuts coffee with a bagel with extra cream cheese for breakfast. then for lunch, usually whatevers on the menu at school (eg. a slice of pizza, chips, fries, salad, n milk) but i replace the milk with icetea n buy a big cookie too-i know its not the healthiest of meal either. dinner is always a random, yet delicious home cooked meal by my mommy. then a glass of milk/hot choc(depending on mood) and two oreos before i go to bed. sorry for describing my whole menu. :)

I just had seaweed salad

and some sushi, not that fancy, from whole foods market

it was good though
no perfect diet
No thats not that many calories
No that is not alot to eat and I'm guessing if you keep it up you are going to drop some pounds.
